Frogg Toggs Pro Action Suit Review
Any fisherman has felt the wrath of mother nature. After all, rainy days can be some of the best fishing weather, as well as some of the worst. Frogg Toggs realized this and captured a niche market with their line of lightweight rain gear.
I was able to dock the boat, load it up on the trailer, and get all my gear out of the rain, all while the storm was going on. The suit did not leak one bit, and I was successfully out of the storm with the boat on the trailer. I didn’t forget to get in a laugh at the expense of all the boaters waiting behind me…waiting….in the rain….without their rain suits.

The Final Word: After having this suit for over two months now, I have broken it in by wearing it every time it storms. The jacket has held up to everything Ive put it through, including daily use and crazy fishing adventures. Its easy to see why Frogg Toggs has such a good reputation for being easy to use and convenient. Their products excel out on the water and also in daily applications.

As an avid FT owner since 1997 when they were made in the USA….they were the best raingear made for motorcycles ever….when they started being made in CHINA they leaked in the crotch and zippers. For the price that I paid back in the 90′s (PA102)they were worth the price in gold….apparently there was a change in managment that caused the raingear to a cheaper made product made overseas. I am guessing since the chinese had cheaper laber meant cheaper products. I have thrown my FT’s in the garbage can and DO NOT RECOMMEND a frogg togg ever again!! If you choose to buy them you will be wasting your money and I recommend a Hefty garbage bag for weather protection!!! Good luck in your search but stay away from this company, it is not recommended.
